Italy.... Venice....

16 hours of flying is no joke, with stiff legs, we landed at Rome's Fiumincio Aeroporto. It was a wet day. To get to the train station, we just need to follow the signs to the Leonardo Express. As it was about 0630hrs, there is no manned counter. When using the Ticket Machine, please note that they do not have change for large notes, so carry some small notes. If not use the credit card. Remember to validate your tickets before boarding.

30 mins and in rome. Train to Venice is at 1032hrs. Therefore made one round walking in rome, to leave your luggage just follow the sign to the left baggage area. It is €5/- for first 6 hours. There are eateries all over the station and outside. You wont starve to death in Rome for sure.

It is a 4 hour journey to Venice, upon arrival, it was like wow. It was something really out of a post card. We spent the evening walking around, getting really lost in the narrow alleyway. No cars is also a plus point.

After settling down for dinner, we continued walking and walking and walking until.... our legs are tired and still unable to find our way back. -.- . After maybe about another hour or so, we finally arrived back in our lovely accommodation near the train station. The next day would be another long day.
